Construction Improvement And Blacktopping Of Link Roads Tender Notice

Construction improvement reconditioning and blacktopping of link roads in LA-32 District Jhelum Valley including Link Road Bunyian Link Road Tanian to Amra Sawan School Link Road from House of Raja Abdul Waheed to Basti Khalid Latif Mir Link Road Mohalla Sadeeque Sarak Chanai and Link Road Danga Chunian to Malik Basti with total length of 3.50 kilometers. Electronic bids are invited under single stage single envelope e-bidding system from eligible contractors having PEC category C-4 and above with specialization code CE-01. Bid security amounting to Rs. 2.870 Million shall be deposited in designated divisional joint accounts and uploaded on e-bidding dashboard. Contractors quoting below ten percent of engineering estimate must provide additional bid security. Hard copies of uploaded bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after opening. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Completion period is 1095 days. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure all scanned bid security receipts affidavits and technical profile documents are uploaded in PDF format before submission deadline.
