Forest Timber Extraction Transportation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for extraction transportation and disposal of forest timber from Keran Sharda and Kel Forest Divisions under Neelum Forest Circle through single envelope sealed tender procedure. Only A and B class registered forest contractors having valid renewal for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Tenders must be submitted through tender box before 04-06-2026 at 01:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Tender forms can be obtained up to 03-06-2026 against non-refundable fee. Each tender must include call deposit amounting to 5 percent of advance royalty in favor of Conservator of Forests Neelum. Successful contractor shall deposit the entire bid amount along with taxes within 10 days and execute agreement with the department otherwise earnest money shall be forfeited. Contractors must obtain timber transportation permits for 2024-25 before transportation otherwise timber shall be liable to confiscation. All taxes imposed by government during contract period shall be payable by contractor. Department reserves the right to reject tenders under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Clause 33 before approval.
