Procurement Of Ats Panel And Generator Overhauling Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of ATS panel and complete overhauling services for 82 KVA generator during financial year 2025-26 through single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA rules. Registered GST and NTN vendors are invited to submit sealed bids along with bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000 in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK. Tender documents containing item specifications and procurement terms are available against non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 from the office of Treasurer or can be downloaded from the university website. Financial bids will be opened on the same day in the meeting room of the university. Rates must be quoted in Pak Rupees on FOR UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted at source. Pro Tip: Vendors should ensure compliance with technical specifications and attach valid GST NTN registration and bid security documents with the proposal.
