Installation And Transportation Of Electrical Materials Tender Notice

Description

Procurement for installation transportation loading and delivery of electrical materials including HT and LT poles conductors hardware material and related electrical equipment from Central Store Muzaffarabad to Divisional Store Rawalakot under Additional Normal Budget Schemes for financial year 2025-26 through Open Competitive Procedure Single Stage One Envelope method. Separate item-wise tenders are invited from registered transport firms and PEC registered contractors having valid renewal for financial year 2025-26 with specialization codes CE10 EE04 and EE05. Tender documents for installation works can be obtained up to 11-06-2026 while carriage material tenders can be obtained up to 12-06-2026 against non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. Installation work tenders shall be submitted on 12-06-2026 and carriage material tenders on 13-06-2026 by 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM in presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Contractors must possess complete tools and plants technical staff and experience of HT LT line works. Blacklisted firms suppliers and contractors are not eligible and must provide affidavit confirming no blacklisting or conflict with government institutions. Separate bid security for each package equal to 50 percent of bid value amounting to Rs. 1,060,000 for works and Rs. 50,000 for carriage items in shape of draft pay order or CDR verified by scheduled bank is mandatory. Contractors shall not sublet works and performance certificates are required before issuance of work order. All applicable taxes in Azad Kashmir shall be deducted at source.
