Flood Fighting Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for providing deficient flood fighting materials for Chiniot Flood Bund under Chiniot Drainage Sub Division on item rate basis under 1st Bi-Annual Market Rate System January 2026 to June 2026 through EPADS e-tendering procedure. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Bid security amounting to Rs. 141716 in shape of Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Procurement shall follow single stage procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Original earnest money must be submitted before bid deadline and manual bids shall not be accepted. Successful bidder shall execute agreement submit performance guarantee quality assurance security where applicable and provide time bound execution schedule. Completion period for work is 07 days. Bids shall be opened on 10-06-2026 at 12:30 PM in office of Executive Engineer Samundri Drainage Division Faisalabad. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload complete BOQs rate analysis and original bid security before submission deadline to avoid disqualification.
