Muharram Arrangements Municipal Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements related to Muharram Ul Haram 2026 under Municipal Committee Bhera through e-procurement system under PPRA Rules 2014 and PLGW Rules 2017. Bids are invited from contractors firms and companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Punjab eprocure system and relevant tax authorities. Estimated cost of the scheme is Rs. 2800000 with earnest money of Rs. 140000 in shape of CDR in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Bhera. Procurement shall follow single stage single envelope procedure and bidders are required to upload rates and supporting documents through EPADS before deadline while original CDR must be submitted before bid opening.
