Construction Of Muharram Route Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for construction improvement and repair of tuff tile drains soling and allied works at Muharram routes within limits of Municipal Committee Karor through joint authority with MC Karor under EPADS e-tendering system. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Estimated project cost is Rs. 4650000 with mandatory bid security of Rs. 232500 in shape of CDR or Pay Order in favor of District Council Layyah. Eligible contractors firms and manufacturers registered with PPRA and EPADS may participate through electronic bidding. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS before 11-06-2026 at 01:30 PM and opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in office of District Council Layyah in presence of bidders representatives. Lowest bidder quoting more than 5 percent below estimated cost shall deposit quality assurance security within 15 days. Procuring authority reserves right to reject bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules.
