Third Party Validation Services Pave Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Engineering Development Board invites proposals from national and international firms for procurement of third party validation services under Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification PAVE Program and NEV Policy 2025-30. Selected firm shall validate electric 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers acquired under subsidized cash purchase scheme across Pakistan including AJK and GB for reimbursement of government subsidies. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Bid securing declaration on prescribed PPRA format is mandatory while electronic bidding documents are available through EPADS. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 11-06-2026 at 02:00 PM and shall be opened at 02:30 PM in Islamabad.
