Provision Of Electricity In Isolated Villages Balochistan Tender Notice

Director General South Energy Department Balochistan invites electronic bids through BPPRA EPPS from eligible PEC registered contractors for provision of electricity in isolated villages including Dehli Goth Pasni Gabd Village Somar Hassan Jan M Somar Sham Goth Duddar and Datt and Rach Goth Kanraj under PSDP No. 1787 Z 2023.1671. Two separate packages are announced with estimated costs of Rs. 249.171 million and Rs. 248.375 million respectively. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess PEC registration category C-3 and above with specialization codes EE11 Solar EEII Solar Energy and EEII Solar Energy System along with BRA registration and active taxpayer status. Firms must demonstrate turnover of at least Rs. 174.419 million and completion of at least three similar solar hybrid system projects in government sector during last three years. Electronic bids must be submitted through supplier dashboard by 04-06-2026 till 10:30 AM and will open same day at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: Solar EPC firms should upload verifiable online evaluation reports of completed hybrid solar projects to strengthen technical qualification.
