Description
Procurement of third-party validation services for Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification program under New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025-30 including validation of applicants acquired electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers under subsidized cash purchase scheme across Pakistan including AJK and GB for reimbursement of government subsidies - Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules 2004 - All bids must include Bid Securing Declaration on prescribed PPRA format - E-bidding documents including terms of reference and evaluation matrix available through E-PADS, PPRA and EDB websites - E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual submissions shall not be entertained - Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same date in EDB office - Pro Tip: Carefully review validation scope and eligibility requirements before preparing technical and financial proposals
