Description
Procurement of deficit furniture and fixtures for already working courts of Additional District and Sessions Judges in District Sialkot including furniture articles and fixtures under two lots through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules - E-tenders invited from financially sound firms, contractors, companies, consultants and organizations registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and PRA - Rates shall include all taxes including GST, PST, PRA, Income Tax and Stamp Duty with bid validity of 120 days - Bid security equal to 5% in shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Bank Draft from scheduled bank is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted before opening - Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee for one year - Bids with incomplete, unsigned or unstamped documents shall be rejected - Pro Tip: Upload complete signed financial bids and attach active tax registration certificates with affidavit regarding non-blacklisting
