Hybrid Off Grid Solarization Systems Installation Tender Notice
Description
Installation of hybrid off-grid solarization systems for all courts and allied offices at Judicial Complex District Faisalabad, Judicial Complex Tehsil Jaranwala, Judicial Complex Tehsil Tandlianwala and Judicial Complex Tehsil Samundri under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Procurement open to firms and joint ventures licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant solar energy category with code EE-11(i) Solar-E1(vii) and registered on E-PADS - Contractors must upload scanned copies of original CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost from scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Faisalabad and submit original CDR before closing time - Rates shall be quoted online on item rate basis against approved BOQ and all bidding documents must be signed and stamped - Successful bidder shall provide additional performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount and complete supply and installation within four weeks after issuance of purchase order - Technical and financial bids shall be opened in presence of District Development Committee and participating contractors - Pro Tip: Submit complete qualification documents, litigation affidavits and correctly filled BOQs to avoid disqualification under PPRA Rules
