Flood Relief Goods Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of companies, vendors, firms and general order suppliers for provision of standardized relief goods and equipment for Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 including food hampers, drinking water, flour, rice, cooked food, transportation vehicles, camp establishment catering, tents, mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, cots, mattresses and animal fodder through E-Tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Interested parties with relevant experience registered on E-PADS may participate and all applicable taxes shall be deducted as per government rules - Original bid security equal to 3% of estimated procurement value must be submitted in sealed envelope and successful bidder shall furnish 3% performance guarantee - Applications for prequalification shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened on same day in presence of concerned authorities - Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and provide complete experience documentation for disaster management supply categories
