Procurement of non consultancy services for Resource Augmentation for EPADS under Project Management Unit of E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System PMU-EPADS Federal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority through Open Competitive Bidding adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS technique under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in line with PPRA Rules 2004 - All bids must be accompanied by bid security in prescribed form including Pay Order Bankers Cheque Call Deposit Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration - E-bidding documents available through EPADS v2.0 and bids to be submitted electronically only - Manual bids shall not be entertained and grievance redressal committee notification available on PPRA website and EPADS portal - Pro Tip: Register on EPADS v2.0 and review tutorial before bid submission deadline
