Information Technology Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment including laptops and related accessories for Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals under Government of Punjab. Eligible suppliers authorized dealers and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities holding valid NTN and PST registrations are invited to participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of Rs. 400000 is required in the form of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Program Director Program Implementation Unit and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2026-06-01 at 11:00 AM. Technical documentation and requisite documents as specified in bidding documents are mandatory. Hard copy bids will not be entertained. Bid opening will be conducted electronically through EPADS in the presence of bidders. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance.
