Provision Of Human Resource And Printing Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of human resource support services supply of stationery miscellaneous items and printing services including books banners certificates and conference seminar workshop and meeting materials for financial year 2026-27. Technical and financial bids are invited through EPADS from well reputed firms suppliers and companies registered with relevant regulatory bodies preferably SECP and ISO certified with sales and service centers at Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted and bids submitted through hard copy or any method other than EPADS will not be entertained. Vendors are required to provide earnest money in the form of call deposit or bank draft in favor of Health Services Academy as specified in tender documents. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may increase or decrease quantities as required. Detailed terms and conditions are available in tender documents.
