Description
Rehabilitation and solarization of existing drinking water supply schemes in District Khyber under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project financed through IDA Credit 73480 of the World Bank. The work includes rehabilitation improvement and solarization of water supply infrastructure under contract package KH-SW-R-01. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations November 2020. Bids shall be evaluated as per evaluation and qualification criteria provided in bidding documents. Bid security of PKR 1401000 in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory. Interested bidders may obtain or download bidding documents and are required to submit bids physically before the specified deadline. Technical bids shall be publicly opened while financial proposals shall remain sealed until subsequent opening. Bidders are required to demonstrate plans for employing unskilled and semi-skilled labor from local communities.
