Procurement Of Uniform And Protective Clothing Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform and protective clothing for Sessions Courts Mianwali including uniforms for male and female staff khaki safari suits black leather shoes belts coats gowns shirts pants and judiciary monogram accessories through EPADS from authorized firms distributors and suppliers registered with EPADS Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope method under PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before prescribed deadline. Bid security amounting to 5% of bid value in favor of District and Sessions Judge Mianwali is mandatory through CDR. Successful supplier shall provide 10% performance guarantee and 0.25% stamp duty on work order amount. Minimum one year warranty is required with repair or replacement within 15 days in case of defects. Supplier must provide affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and quoted prices shall include all taxes freight and delivery charges. Supply must be completed within 15 days after issuance of supply order otherwise security shall be confiscated and supplier blacklisted.
