Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Lot-wise procurement of information technology equipment including ultra 7 laptops desktop PCs with LED professional series laptops android tablets foldable smart communication devices laser printers color multifunction printers A3 multifunction printers ADF scanners and video conferencing devices for Zoom under open competitive bidding process. Procurement is invited from manufacturers authorized agents dealers and distributors registered with relevant tax authorities through E-PADS under Single Stage Single Envelope method. Separate bids are mandatory for each lot and bidders must quote rates for all items within the respective lot. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated lot cost through CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer Administration and Drawing and Disbursing Officer Chief Minister Inspection Team Punjab Lahore is mandatory. Procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids before acceptance.
