Construction improvement and repair works including PCC slab installation earth filling man hole cover fixing and manhole repair allied civil works purchase and fixing of electric goods and establishment of sabeel points within limits of MC Karor through joint authority with MC Karor using EPADS E-Tendering system under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors firms vendors and manufacturers registered with PPRA and E-PADS may participate after online registration. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS accompanied with bid security in shape of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab. Original CDR must be submitted before closing date and time. Bids will be opened in presence of bidder representatives at the office of District Council Layyah. Lowest bidder quoting more than 5 percent below DNIT shall deposit quality assurance security within 15 days. Successful contractor shall execute agreement on stamp paper within seven days of issuance of acceptance letter. Estimated cost is Rs.6094500 and bid security is Rs.304725. Pro Tip: Ensure all electronic submissions and original bid security documents are properly uploaded and submitted before deadline to avoid rejection.
