Purchase Furniture Fixtures Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures under open competitive bidding for financial year 2025-2026. E-bids are invited from firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 7,552,000 with bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 377,600 in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically and shall include all applicable taxes. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Bid validity shall remain effective until 2026-06-30. Pro Tip: Submit complete technical literature, tax registrations and bid security documentation with the proposal.
