Information Technology Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment including laptops and related accessories. E-bids are invited from eligible suppliers, authorized dealers and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and possessing valid NTN and PST registrations. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure with least cost method shall be adopted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of PKR 400,000 is required in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order in favor of the Program Director. Original bid security must be submitted before the closing time and a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2026-06-01 at 11:00 AM. Hard copy bids will not be entertained. Pro Tip: Submit complete product specifications, tax registrations and bid security documentation through EPADS before the deadline.
