Lease Rights Toll Tax Collection Tender Notice
Description
Auction of lease rights for toll tax collection at a barrage facility for a period from 2026-06-11 to 2026-06-30. Sealed bids are invited for award of toll collection rights. Interested bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 5% of the reserve amount in the shape of call deposit from a scheduled bank. Cost of bidding documents is PKR 10,000 non-refundable. Successful bidder shall provide bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount within three days after opening of bids. Toll tax shall be collected according to the approved government schedule and all applicable taxes, duties and levies shall be borne by the lessee. Procurement authority reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with applicable rules. Pro Tip: Ensure earnest money, bank guarantee capability and all authorization documents are submitted before participation in the auction process.
