Machinery Furniture Articles Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery items and furniture and fixture items for newly constructed additional district and sessions courts, daycare center and dispensary facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through EPAD using single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Machinery items have an approved cost of PKR 2,847,480 with bid security of PKR 142,374 while furniture and fixture items have an approved cost of PKR 5,461,280 with bid security of PKR 273,064. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and rates must include all applicable taxes. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, pay order or bank draft. Pro Tip: Submit complete item-wise rates, tax registrations and non-blacklisting affidavit with the proposal.
