Biomedical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of biomedical equipment through E-PADS from eligible manufacturers and sole distributors registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Estimated procurement value is PKR 16 million. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall be adopted. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 2026-06-04 at 10:30 AM. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit receipt, bank guarantee or bank draft. Bids shall remain valid for 180 days and must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Original bid security must be submitted before bid closing. Pro Tip: Submit complete technical specifications, regulatory compliance documents and bid security according to bidding requirements.
