Concrete lining of Farid Mehmood Minor from RD 0+000 to 26+880 tail under single stage single envelope bidding procedure on item rate basis under Bi-Annual MRS System. Estimated cost is PKR 137,657,423 with bid security of PKR 6,882,900 and completion period of 24 months. Contractors registered with PEC in relevant category and Punjab PPRA are eligible. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with valid PEC registration, professional tax receipts, CNIC, PRA registration and required bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR. Original bid security documents must be submitted before opening. Bid validity is 120 days. Performance guarantee of 10% is required from the successful bidder.
