Rehabilitation Muharram Routes Municipal Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement works for Muharram routes and municipal infrastructure including rehabilitation of tuff tile - re-tuff tile - repair of drains - sewer pipes - manholes - earth filling - RCC slabs - RCC culverts - sullage carrier drains - soling - resoling - metalled roads and sewerage works at multiple locations in Tehsil Lodhran - Tehsil Kehror Pacca and Tehsil Dunyapur. Procurement also includes supply of manhole covers of 22 inch diameter - 30 inch diameter and 42 inch diameter for district use. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-26. Bids must be submitted through EPADS with required bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Chief Officer District Council Lodhran. Contractors must quote rates in figures and words. Additional performance security may be required where quoted rates are below estimated cost. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Contractors awarded work shall conduct required quality control tests at their own expense.
