Interior Decoration Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of interior decoration items comprising digital clocks, plantation items, curtains, blinds, panaflex materials, name plates and sign boards under two procurement packages. Package one has an estimated value of PKR 1,648,750 with bid security of PKR 82,438 and package two has an estimated value of PKR 1,975,250 with bid security of PKR 98,763. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST and submit original bid security in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft before bid opening. Transportation, installation and all applicable taxes shall be included in quoted rates. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract value. Pro Tip: Include all transportation, installation and tax costs in the bid and ensure original security instrument reaches the procuring agency before opening.
