Electric Vehicle Two Wheeler Manufacturers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of locally registered electric vehicle two wheeler original equipment manufacturers and assemblers for participation in Phase II and subsequent phases of the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification subsidy program under the NEV Policy 2025-30. Scope includes distribution of electric vehicle two wheelers across Pakistan including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Applicants must possess a valid Engineering Development Board manufacturing certificate, valid PSQCA license and comply with all prequalification criteria. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through PPRA E-PADS 2.0. Submission fee of PKR 5,000 in the form of pay order, bank draft or demand draft is required in favor of the Drawing and Disbursement Officer EDB. Applications will be opened in the presence of applicants. Pro Tip: Ensure all regulatory certifications, manufacturing approvals and prequalification documents are complete before submission.
