Electric Vehicle Three Wheeler Manufacturers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of locally registered electric vehicle three wheeler original equipment manufacturers and assemblers for participation in Phase II and subsequent phases of the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification subsidy program under the NEV Policy 2025-30. Scope includes distribution of electric vehicle three wheelers including electric rickshaws and loaders across Pakistan including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Applicants must possess valid Engineering Development Board manufacturing certificates, valid PSQCA licenses and comply with all prequalification criteria. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through PPRA E-PADS 2.0. Submission fee of PKR 5,000 in the form of pay order, bank draft or demand draft is required in favor of the Drawing and Disbursement Officer EDB. Applications will be opened in the presence of applicants. Pro Tip: Ensure all manufacturing certifications, regulatory approvals and prequalification documents are complete before submission.
