Development Parking Infrastructure Missing Link Works Tender Notice
Description
Development of parking area and allied infrastructure at C-Block Avenue-I and construction of missing links and allied works in different blocks. Procurement is on item rate basis under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Contractors registered on EPADS with valid PEC license in the required categories and active filer NTN and PNTN are eligible. Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS in PDF format. Only Technical Proposals will be opened initially and Financial Proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Bidders shall quote rates as per BOQ requirements. Bid security at 5% of estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR and original bid security must be submitted before the submission deadline. Conditional bids will not be accepted. In case of a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day. Technical bids are scheduled to be opened at 10:00 AM.
