Revamping Upgradation Healthcare Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Revamping and upgradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities under the sub scheme at THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishan for the year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS. Contractors enlisted and renewed with PEC in the relevant category and specialization code are eligible. Tender documents including DNIT and BOQ must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Every page of the bid must be signed and stamped and all uploaded documents must be readable. Earnest money of Rs. 2,489,502 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Cashier's Cheque equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Conditional bids and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of authorized representatives. Performance guarantee from the lowest bidder shall be required under PPRA Rules and payments will be made through digital measurement book system.
