Remodeling And Raising Of Marginal Bund Works Tender Notice
Description
Remodeling and raising of a marginal bund including earthwork, concrete work, stone work, carriage and associated civil works. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding under single stage one envelope procedure through E-PADS. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories for FY 2025-26 are eligible. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 17,500,000 is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee and original financial instrument must be submitted before opening. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder. Manual bids, conditional bids, incomplete bids and unreadable submissions shall be rejected. All applicable taxes shall apply and disputes shall be referred to the grievance committee.
