Code Blue Pa System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Code Blue and Public Address System for hospital facilities including ancillary services. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized agents, distributors or firms registered with FBR/SRB and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for applicable taxes. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be entertained. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 46(1) of SPP Rules 2010. Tender fee of PKR 2,000 is required. Bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 104,000 of the estimated value must be submitted in original before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 Hrs on the same day. In case of public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids shall be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure all electronic documents, tax registrations, tender fee instrument and bid security are submitted in accordance with EPADS requirements before bid closing.
