Vehicle Repair Maintenance Spare Parts Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of automobile workshops, firms and companies for repair and maintenance services including engine work, denting and painting, air conditioning work, provision of spare parts, tyres, tubes and batteries for light and heavy transport vehicles, repair and maintenance of motorcycles, and sale or purchase of used oil, spare parts, old tyres, batteries and filters for financial year 2026-27. Firms must be registered with PPRA on E-PADS and submit bids electronically through E-PADS as well as original sealed documents. Bid security shall be 1 percent. Required documents include tax registrations, bank information, work experience, equipment and machinery details, labour details, non-blacklisting affidavit and supporting corporate documents. Bids shall be opened publicly in the presence of bidders and committee members.
