Establishment Of Biotechnology Laboratory Facility Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of biotechnology laboratory facilities in Academic Block No. 03 at the new campus. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors, construction firms and companies registered with PEC Category C-5 and above are eligible. Bids comprising technical and financial components must be submitted online through EPADS. Bid security of Rs. 100,596 is required. Firms must possess active FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. Original bid security instrument shall be submitted before bid closing time. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids shall not be considered. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Interested contractors should ensure valid PEC registration, complete bid documentation and timely submission of original bid security before bid opening.
