Rehabilitation Special Repair Works Social Security Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Execution of rehabilitation, reconstruction, up-gradation, special repair and maintenance works including rehabilitation and up-gradation of social security facilities, rehabilitation of sub offices, reconstruction of boundary walls, maintenance works and related civil works at multiple locations. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Procurement using single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must possess valid PEC registration, PRA registration, NTN certificate and proof of regular social security contributions for the last six months. Contractors shall upload online rates and submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of bank guarantee. Original bank guarantee must be submitted before opening of tenders. False information or fake guarantees shall result in disqualification and legal action.
