Procurement Of Energy Efficient Ceiling Fans Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply and installation of Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved copper wound electric ceiling fans including necessary cables, hardware, carriage, loading and unloading for various building projects. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Participation is restricted to approved manufacturers and their authorized dealers or distributors. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required through CDR, bank draft or bank guarantee. Original bid security and dealership authorization documents must be submitted before bid opening. Item-wise rates are mandatory and incomplete bids shall be declared non-responsive. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Approved suppliers should ensure submission of dealership certificates and complete BOQ pricing before the closing time.
