Construction Of Educational Facilities And Boundary Works Tender Notice
Description
Provision of missing facilities in colleges including construction of additional classrooms, supply of furniture and construction of boundary wall with razor wire at educational institutions. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required through CDR and original CDR must be submitted before opening. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount. Item-wise rates and complete BOQ entries are mandatory and incomplete bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
