Provision Of Security Services For Coal Project Sites Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for Underground Coal Gasification project sites including Administrative Block, Residential Block, Gasification Site and one Security Supervisor at Thar Coalfield Block-V Islamkot. Security guards and supervisor are preferably ex-military or law enforcement personnel. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with Home Department Government of Sindh, FBR, SRB, SECP and other relevant authorities, possess at least fifteen years experience in similar services and provide an affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted. Bid security equal to 2% of the total annual bid amount is mandatory. Bids shall be submitted electronically through SPPRA e-Procurement portal and opened electronically on the same day.
