Remodelling And Upgradation Of Public Parks Tender Notice
Description
Remodelling and upgradation of Ladies Park Shadbagh, Ali Park Group-I Singh Pura and Ali Park Group-II Singh Pura including all civil works, landscaping, rehabilitation and associated improvement works. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-5 or above, active NTN and PNTN status and submit technical and financial proposals electronically. Original bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial proposals.
