Procurement Of Armored Personnel Carrier Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of APCS vehicles. Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Separate sealed bids shall be submitted for each vehicle category. Technical proposals shall be opened on the submission date and financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Bid security ranging from 2% to 5% of the total quoted amount in the form of call deposit or demand draft in favor of Inspector General Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North is mandatory. Sales tax and all applicable government taxes shall be included in quoted rates. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. Tender documents containing detailed specifications may be obtained upon payment of tender fee.
