Purchase Of Commercial Land For Offices Tender Notice
Description
Purchase commercial land for office accommodation in Charsadda - Swabi - Chota Lahore - Mansehra - Nowshera - Peshawar - Swat and Mardan with specified area requirements and approved boundaries. Land must be in commercial areas with utility services including water electricity telephone sewerage and PTCL fiber facility. Land must be free from mortgage dues encroachments and litigation. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical bid shall include ownership documents CNIC undertaking on stamp paper land photographs and authority letter where applicable. Financial bid shall include owner consent with per marla rates and measurements inclusive of taxes. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Opening of financial proposals shall be communicated to successful bidders after technical evaluation. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM.
