Muharram Routes Repair Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Repair and rehabilitation of Muharram routes within the jurisdiction of Tehsil Mandi Bahauddin under Annual Development Program 2025-26. Tenders are invited from contractors registered with EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes. Estimated cost is PKR 2,301,000 and earnest money is PKR 115,050 in the form of CDR equal to 5% of the estimated or bid cost. Bidding documents are to be uploaded through EPADS. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained and selection shall be made on least cost basis. Contractors submitting forged documents or CDRs shall face legal action. Additional performance security shall be required from successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the estimated cost. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
