Midwifery School Construction Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of School for Midwifery at DHDC and selected THQ Hospitals including all associated civil works under E-Tendering system. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category are eligible. Estimated cost is PKR 17.814 million with bid security of PKR 890,700 equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR. Contractors must quote item rates against each BOQ item and submit original CDR and valid PEC license before bid opening. Performance guarantee shall be required from the successful bidder. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should verify BOQ calculations carefully because bids containing percentage-based quotations or arithmetic errors will be declared non-responsive.
