Provision Designing Printing And Composing Promotional Material Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for provision, designing, printing and composing of promotional material. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be active tax filers. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 1,864,400 with bid security of Rs. 37,288 equivalent to 2% of estimated price in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 09-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid validity shall remain 90 days extendable by 30 days. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security before opening time and attach scanned copy with technical proposal to avoid rejection.
