Solar Based Drinking Water Supply Schemes Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of forty solar based drinking water supply schemes under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives comprising twenty schemes in Muhammad Hussain Area and other locations and twenty schemes in Naimat Karkatai Area including all listed solar based DWSS installations in South Waziristan Lower. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Contractors must be registered with PEC and KPRA and submit electronic bids through EPADS along with hard copies consisting of separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only technically responsive bidders shall have financial proposals opened. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit. Financial soundness may be verified through bank statements. Online clarification is permitted up to 05:00 PM on 2026-06-10. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Applicable provisions regarding bid security and additional security shall apply.
