Academic Block Hybrid Solar System Solarization Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 10 kW hybrid solar photovoltaic system including battery backup for solarization of the academic block. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Bids are invited from manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 18-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS and only technical bids shall be opened initially. Original bid security shall be submitted in the form of CDR, demand draft, pay order or bankers cheque. Rates shall be inclusive of all taxes and only genuine original brands shall be accepted. Transportation, installation and compliance with specifications are mandatory. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attach all tax registrations, non-blacklisting affidavit and product support documents with the bid submission.
