Procurement Of Electric Wheelchairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electric wheelchairs under ASDI Fund for the financial year 2025-2026 through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders shall submit separate technical and financial proposals, bid security equal to 2 percent of the quoted amount in the form of call deposit receipt, affidavit of non-blacklisting, technical specifications, registration certificates and supporting documents. All bid documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative. Bids shall be submitted through the KPPRA ePAD system and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 3000 is applicable. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure all mandatory certificates, affidavit and bid security documents are included in the technical proposal before submission.
