Muharram Event Arrangements And Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements related to Muharram ul Haram 2026 including event support and associated municipal services. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, PRA and NTN and enrolled on EPADS are eligible. Bids shall be submitted electronically through item-wise rates using E-Tendering. Earnest money equal to 5% of scheme cost in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory and original documents must be submitted before tender opening. Additional performance security may apply where tendered amount is 5% or more below approved estimate. Successful bidder shall comply with safety requirements and PPRA Rules.
